Exceptional Education Outcomes - School ServicesJamie is available for a wide range of school in-service trainings as well as process reviews with respect to special services education covered by state and federal laws. See his CV for more information.

Jamie started at James Madison High school in Vienna, VA as a Special Ed and History teacher.

Jamie went on to lead two large, complex Special Education departments in two different Fairfax County Public Schools.

Before moving to Colorado in December 2015, Jamie was the Dept. Chair for Special Education at George C. Marshall IB High School in Falls Church, Virginia. In this role,  he supervised over 30 teachers and 10 aids. He was responsible for over 200 IEPs across all disability types. He also supported transitions to the Davis Center, the county center for severe disabilities.

Before that, he worked at the Dept. Chair for Special Education at South Lakes IB High School. There he managed 400 IEPs and over 60 Staff.

His record of success in transforming these schools is fact. His experiences taught him that a change of perspective can save school systems large amounts of money and increase student success data drastically. These benefits come from putting the students’ needs first rather than the mandated or awarded compensatory services. Exceptional Education Outcomes, LLC can work with your teams to minimize time and cost while maximizing student outcomes.
